Las mujeres en mí is a piece about the female identity and designed for performances in public spaces. It is a tribute to women achieved through four female actors who invoke various women from throughout history: some recent, some from antiquity; some whose fame persists and others who remain anonymous. This piece is a contemporary performance that strives to use a scenic language that draws on all the creative participants involved: actors, the director, the author, the choreographer…
In collaboration with the City of Seville’s Women’s Services, Las mujeres en mí has been performed in and on the city’s public transport system, bringing the project to its audience in different neighbourhoods of Seville.
